Vibrating Feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. It features smooth vibrating, reliable operation, long service life and being suitable for feeding. They are widely used in mining, building-material, silicate and chemical industry in the crushing and screening plants. In the Sand-Stone production line.Vibrating feeder is used for transferring bulk materials from hoppers or driers, grinders, crushers, millers or screens in chemical, mining, foundry, quarrying and iron and steel industries.

Features of Vibrating Feeder :

The GZD series vibrating feeder produced by our company is a newly designed one specilizing in transferring big bulk materials before medium crushing and screening. This feeder adopts the double eccentric drafts vibration generator, which can guarantee bearing impact while big bulk materials are falling, and it has big feeding capacity. In producting process, bulk and grain shape materials will be fed to receiving devices evenly, periodically, and continuously, so as to avoid machine stop caused by uneven feeding and prolong life span of the equipments.

There are two kinds of feeders: steel structural and cage bar structural feeders, the steel ones are mostly used for sand production line to feed materials evenly and totally to the crushing equipments; cage bar ones can screen roughly to materials, which can make allocation more economical and reasonable, and has become a necessary equipment in crushing and screening. Thus, the vibration feeder is widely used in metallurgy, coal, ore selection, construction materials, chemicals, abrasive filler and many other industries in equipments of crushing and screening.

We can supply wide ranging vibrating feeders, capacities ranging from120 tonne/hr to 600 tonne/hr. Vibrating feeder is used for transferring bulk materials from hoppers or driers, grinders, crushers, millers or screens in chemical, mining, foundry, quarrying and iron and steel industries.
It has simple structure, stable performance, convinient adjustment and installation, small weight, small volume, easy to maintain. Besides, the closed structure itself is helpful for avoiding dust pollution.
