The client requested a complete solution to crush the stones of the river 800mm in 3 fractions of final particle size: 0/4, 4/6, 6/10 mm. Production capacity is required and the 100th type of installation is fixed.

By meeting this requirement, the installation must consist of three stages crushing screening and a final.

PRIMARY I.CONCASSAGE
Vibrating feeder hopper + + + jaw crusher conveyor belt
Raw materials are supplied by the Vibrating Feeder to jaw crusher ZSW1100x4200 PE750x1060. The metal detector autonettoyantau above the belt conveyor B1 will be used to remove scrap metal exists in the raw material.

SECONDARY II.CONCASSAGE
+ Storage hopper cone crusher (standard) + Belt Conveyor

III.CONCASSAGE TERTIARY
Vibrating screen + cone crusher (short head) + Belt Conveyor
The gravel out of the standard cone crusher CSB160 be separated by the vibrating screen 3YZS2160, the grain sizes remain qualified as a finished product and the others will return to the cone crusher (short head) CSD160.

IV.CRIBLAGE
+ Vibrating screen belt conveyor
The stones out of the cone crusher (short head) CSD160 will be transported by conveyor to vibrating screen à3YZS2160 same band and separated into three fractions of final grain size 0/4, 4/6, 6/10mm.Les stones greater than 10 mm will always return to the cone crusher (short head) CSD160.
