1.Ensure the safety of operating personnel and equipment, defense of repair, adjust and clean-up work during operation of the machine.

2. After the normal operation of the machine, start putting the material uniformly into the cavity. Before closing the machine, it must first stop towait for materials crushed completely.

3. Before starting the engine, inspect the rotor and ensurethat it can function normally.

4. Carefully inspect the screws on both sides of the rotor and prevent wobble.

5. Frequently inspect the sealing of the bearing. Renew the grease in the bearing seat per month and replace oil and felt every three months.
